Data Protection Policy / Controls Policy
- All information considered as confidential must not be disclosed to external parties or companies or employees.
- Employees must have to sign a Non – Disclosure Agreement (NDA) while joining the organisation.
- The organisation prohibits the solicitation, distribution and posting of materials of the organisation property by any employee or nonemployee, except as may be permitted by authority.
- The posting of materials / electronic announcements are permitted with approval from the Director.
- Violations of this policy should be reported to the HR / Director.
- Employees attached with the organisation name cannot use project title or project work in any blog or website or profile.
- Employee files are maintained by the Human Resource department and are considered confidential.
- Managers and supervisors may only have access to personnel file information on a need-to-know basis.
Note:
- An employee failing to follow the rules has to give explanation as well as has to be ready for disciplinary action. It will be considered as official notice.
- The organisation policy shall apply to your employment and may be modified by the organisation at any time, in its sole discretion, upon notice to you.
